Service Description

Think warmth, soft light, gentle aromas, quiet, and calm. This October, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I will be treating you to an evening of restorative Pilates & relaxation, Nightingale style. We’ll have 1 hour 30 minutes together, taking time to soften, slow down and experience Restorative Pilates. Optional chatting time during this session. A little opportunity to have a warm drink & just listen, ask or share. Places are limited to 14 to ensure space and comfort for all.
