Think warmth, soft light, nice aroma, quiet, gentle, relaxing. Treat yourself to an evening of restorative Pilates & practices Nightingale style. Restorative meaning - 'having the ability to restore health, strength or wellbeing' We will be 2 hours to ourselves. Restorative movement & relaxation from Rachel & a special Essential Oil touch from Alison. Drinks & treats included. Places are limited to give us space to move.
