What is the Breast Cancer Rehab program?

This is a program to treat the whole of you. Restorative movement & Pilates to improve our quality of life. I hope to help you aid your recovery, regaining physical strength, endurance & mobility whilst gently improving your body confidence, awareness & mindset.

It is an empowering experience, done in a safe, welcoming environment with other class members on their recovery path. Exercise, education, relaxation & laughter!

The Nightingale Pilates Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Course uses restorative Pilates to regain good ranges of movement in your joints whilst improving strength and flexibility throughout your body.

 

We will teach you exercise and small lifestyle changes, that work together for a positive impact on living with breast cancer. This is a course to treat the whole of you.
