The Nightingale Pilates Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Course uses restorative Pilates to regain good ranges of movement in your joints whilst improving strength and flexibility throughout your body.

We will teach you exercise and small lifestyle changes, that work together for a positive impact on living with breast cancer. This is a course to treat the whole of you.

How will Breast Cancer Rehab help you?

My course will teach you how to use 'lifestyle medicine' to have a positive impact on living with breast cancer. You can feel safe in the knowledge you will be working with a highly experienced teacher who understands breast cancer.
